My illustrations convey the hopes and feelings of my characters. The connection with the reader is build on the bright and clean colours, joined to the characters expressions.

Usually I make use of my own childhood dreams as inspiration for my own creations

I always draw in bright colours, they delight young children (as well as older ones) and invite them to enjoy the book.

My favorite technique, also the one I use the most, is a mixed technique between watercolours and colour pencils on paper, sometimes I add a small digital touch.

In my opinion, children illustration is essential to start in art since childhood, to allow children to explore and understand the books even before they know how to read.

Since I was a child I've been drawing, I can't remember a time of my life without it. I've always fascinated by the lovely characters and animal stories.
