Shannon’s Artist Statement:

Shannon Lamie is an LGBTQ+ author/illustrator who lives in a small town in Virginia. She started her creative journey by studying animation but found her fondness for illustrating along the way. She enjoys making fantasy and nature themed illustrations and loves to make each illustration feel like it’s own world. When she is not creating, she enjoys making sweets, sitting by a crackling fire, and spoiling her bearded dragon.
